NovaSMM Overview

NovaSMM is a full-stack social media marketing (SMM) panel that lets users buy engagement services (followers, likes, views, comments) across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter/X, alongside virtual phone numbers for SMS-OTP verification on any online service.

NovaSMM doesn't generate engagement or numbers itself — it's an intelligent reseller layer: it buys wholesale from upstream providers, charges users at a configurable markup, and handles all order tracking, status syncing, refund logic, and OTP delivery. The business model is margin-based.

Key Capabilities

• Wallet engine: Atomic, row-locked balance deductions so concurrent orders can never over-spend a wallet.
• SMM order engine: Forwards orders to suppliers, saves them as pending, then a background job polls every 60s to sync pending → processing → completed. Supplier-level failures auto-refund the balance and mark the order failed.
• SMS activation engine: Buys a virtual number, holds the activation (20-minute expiry), and receives the OTP in real time — the SMS provider pushes the code to NovaSMM via webhook rather than polling.
• Multi-supplier routing: Peakerr as the primary SMM provider with JustAnotherPanel as a fallback; HeroSMS (SMS-Activate–compatible protocol) for numbers.
• Multi-gateway payments: Cryptomus (crypto), Paystack (NGN), and Opay (NGN), reconciled through webhooks.
• Pricing & markup system: Per-service markup sets the spread between supplier cost and user price.
• Admin suite: User management, order oversight, pricing controls, and audit visibility.

How It Works

SMM order:  user picks service + link + quantity
  → balance deducted (atomic, row-locked)
  → order forwarded to Peakerr → supplier order ID
  → background job polls every 60s → status syncs live
 
SMS OTP:    user picks service + country
  → balance deducted → HeroSMS returns a number + activation ID
  → user uses the number → OTP arrives via webhook (real-time)
